Eggs Benedict is a staple at most brunch restaurants. This deliciously rich breakfast treat is best oozing with yellow yolks, and doused in a healthy amount of creamy hollandaise sauce. Not all Eggs Benny are the same, however, and many of our local establishments like to put a bit of a twist on the typical English muffin, peameal bacon combination.
